Abstract:
Using a quantitative approach and data from 200 participants, this study examines the impact of Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) and Green Reward Systems (GRS) on Pro-environmental Behavior in Pakistan's hotel business. The data was analyzed using SPSS. The goal of the study is to identify how green commitment functions as a mediator in this relationship. The findings provide important new information about how rewards systems and leadership philosophies interact and influence the development of environmentally friendly behavior. The results add to the growing body of knowledge in the subject of sustainable business practices, especially when considering the hotel industry in Pakistan. The present study offers significant empirical support and illuminates plausible approaches that firms might choose to enhance their environmental sustainability initiatives via proficient leadership and incentive schemes.
