dc.description.abstract Studying the factors determining the motivational level of employees and their job involvement, the present study of relationship between job enrichment and job involvement is another contribution. Job enrichment variables are identified and a direct relationship was determined between these variables and the level of job involvement among the lower level managers, which were selected from two private organizations on random sampling basis. The results were formulated on the basis of data gathered from the distribution of questionnaires. Managers having low level of autonomy, task significance, task identity, job variety and feedback have a low level of involvement in their jobs and ultimately are slightly satisfied with their work despite attaining work targets at a higher level. en_US
