dc.description.abstract This study embarks on a comprehensive exploration of the intricate relationships between Flexible Workplace Arrangements, Employee Satisfaction, and Organizational Productivity within the dynamic landscape of Pakistan's Telecom Sector. Employing a quantitative research design, the investigation unfolds the impact of Flexible Workplace Arrangements on Organizational Productivity, with Employee Satisfaction serving as a pivotal mediating variable. The research methodology involves the strategic use of a Google Forms questionnaire survey distributed among employees in four major telecommunications companies. Statistical analysis relies on the robust capabilities of SPSS software. Data collection, utilizing convenient sampling methods, garnered responses from over 214 participants. The research is anchored in a postpositive approach, emphasizing empirical evidence to unravel the multifaceted dimensions of flexible Workplace Arrangements, Employee Satisfaction, and Organizational Productivity. Findings and results have revealed that there exists a significant relationship between Flexible Workplace Arrangments, Organizational Productivity, and Employee Satisfaction as the mediating variable. The findings contribute valuable insights to the Telecom industry, providing a roadmap for optimizing workplace arrangements, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ultimately boosting organizational productivity. en_US
