dc.description.abstract This study constitutes an important practical aspect of oil industry in decision-making. After completion of drilling at well, it was required whether the well be tested or not. It was felt essential to identify hydrocarbons on logs and determine quantity of original oil in place before taking any action or investment. To make this crucial decision well log evaluation and volumetric reserve estimation are essential art or skill, which are used to evaluate the potential of drilled prospects. Therefore, all the acquired logs of Test Well were analyzed. Logging tools principles and brief tools configuration have also been described. en_US
