dc.description.abstract | A technology that has the most impact in almost all fields in the current era is blockchain. But some people still confuse blockchain with bitcoin, however that is not the same thing. Bitcoin is one ofthe many application that make use ofthe blockchain technology. The data in this era is rapidly increasing at breakneck speed. According to some research, only 20% ofthe world's data has been collected and stored in the past few years. While the data is becoming centralized, there are many growing concerns about user privacy. People have little to no more control over their data stored and how it is used. Thus there have been numerous efforts to address users’ privacy concerns lately. This led to the invention of blockchain, without a centralized regulatory and publicly accessed ledger. In this paper we will be discussing about the impact of Blockchain on NGOs and different aspects ofsociety. | en_US |
