Abstract:
The objective ofthis project is to fulfil the need ofevery Muslim, i.e., an Islamic social
media. We are now living in an age where social media has become a part ofour lives
and we can’t spend a single hour without seeing over feeds. Many social media giants
are jumping into the race ofsocial media but from what we have researched none of
them are inclined towards Muslim Community. We are trying to fill this gap by
developing a platform completely dedicated to the Muslim community and purely
based on Islamic values. Nizam-e-Elahi is an Islamic social media for Muslims where
we have focused on two main things as for the scope ofFinal Year Project i.e., textual
presentation ofposts and visual presentation of posts. As for the textual posts we will
be removing ss|amophobia which for what we have seen never been implemented in
any application, then we will be focusing on the authentication ofhadiths and Qur’anic
verses to restrict the user to only add those hadiths and Qur’anic verses which are
authentic with references. As for Visual posts we will implementing NSFW APIS for
detecting content, videos or website pages the viewer may not wish to be seen looking
at in a public, formal or controlled environment. As of our secondary goal we will be
implementing Friend System, Follower System, Groups and Pages will be there for
users to explore, a complete search engine for Qur’anic and Hadiths, Comment and
Like system for posts and Identity verification process to make the users verified for
creating Pages and Groups.
As for the scope of fulfilment of this Project we have completed the
Authorization and Authentication of user, implementation of AI/ML models for the
filtering oftextual posts which includes (Islamophobia, Hate Speech, Tags Generation,
Translation and Similarity Model) beside these implementation we have also
developed an appealing UI for the presentation ofthese work using Reactjs. In case of
Visual posts we have managed to develop NWSF model, Face Info model, Image Info
Model, OCR and Hijab Detection model to complete the development ofthis project.
