Abstract:
The goal ofthis project is to develop an AI Integrated Customer relationship
management (CRM) System which helps to perform combination of
practices, strategies and technologies that companies use to manage and
analyse customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle
using AI. The objective is to improve customer service relationships, assist
in customer retention and drive sales growth, automate offer creation and
fulfilment using the latest customer insights and business rules so that brands
can deliver offers faster than ever before and in minutes of customers
needing them. By enabling dynamic Actions & Rewards we can make every
offer experience unique and engage every customer to increase their
spending, all using automation. By applying machine learning we optimize
each offer's dynamic actions and rewards based on shifting customer
demands so brands can be more agileand adapt faster to changing customer
needs.
The project uses ReactJS, Bootstrap grid, Material Icons, and custom CSS,
the front- end ofthis system is built with ReactJS and AI integrated backend
built with python. With the help ofthis system marketers will no longer be
required to decide segmentation variables on an a priori basis, because
approaching with segmentation through personalization, machine will be
able to discover the patterns itself. Enablingbusinesses to offer customized
and in-demand products, prices, and promotions with ease.
