Abstract

The major goal of this project is to create a web interface that analyses resumes and highlights the most suitable individuals based on specified job criteria. The AI algorithms will be trained to recognize significant terms and phrases that correspond to the job description, in addition to other important characteristics such as education and work experience. The aim of this project is to design and develop a tool that results into an easy and helpful solution for applicants as well as recruiters. “RESUME FILTERING” which parses information from a resume using natural language processing, finds the keywords, cluster them onto sectors based on their keywords In summary, this project automates the process of parsing and analyzing resumes, providing recommendations to users, and collecting feedback to continuously improve the system. The admin component helps manage and analyze the data generated by the system, while the feedback component ensures that user input is considered for system enhancements. The goal is to assist job seekers in improving their resumes and job prospects through data-driven recommendations and feedback analysis.
