dc.description.abstract Nowadays, different types of crimes are increasing day by day which affect a lot of people. One of which is cybercrime or computer crime. Since computers, laptops, mobile phones are so common that almost every person has these things, crimes related to these things are also very common. Digital forensics is used for investigation of computer crimes. Digital forensics is a branch of forensic science. It is defined as the process to identify, extract, and analyze computer data which can be used as evidence in investigations. It is the process of finding evidence from a computer, mobile phone, network or any other digital media. We are developing a desktop application which can be used in digital forensics for the purpose of finding the evidence from a computer. This application will provide multiple options for the extraction of data to the user. The data will be analyzed, and the results will be displayed to the user so the user can view the results. The user can also generate a report with key information of the analysis, which can be used for investigation purposes. en_US
