dc.description.abstract | Earthquake crowdfunding platform using blockchain technology to achieve goals in response to the urgent need for earthquake relief activities. The platform’s main goal is to gather donations for both individuals and organizations. This allows relief operations for earthquake victims to receive basic needs including food, water, shelter, and medical attention. Earthquake crowdfunding websites serve as a link between donors and organizations that offer disaster relief, making sure that gifts are distributed effectively to people in need by campaigners. We have implemented Metamask accounts to provide strong authentication because user data must be protected. Donors log in through a metamask account and connect to the website dashboard. Donors have the option to withdraw their funds once a project’s campaign is over, which increases transparency and gives donors piece of mind. Digital wallet improves the overall user experience while also making it easier for donors to manage their contributions. Project owners can access donated cash when at least 50 percent of the contributors have approved the withdrawal to ensure fairness and accountability. The technology also provides transparency by enabling fundraisers to track users who and how many users contributed to the campaign. This platform sets a new example for earthquake crowdfunding websites by combining the power of blockchain with user-friendly features. | en_US |
