dc.description.abstract As the technology is increasing day by day in the shopping malls, improving the shopping mall experience has become a top priority. This project presents "MALLNAV," a cuttingedge smartphone application that combines chatbot conversation, 3D visualization, indoor navigation, and product search features. Through addressing the shortcomings of current technologies, MALLNAV seeks to alter the way customers engage and traverse shopping centers. Real-time updates, customization, and interaction are often lacking from the current navigation techniques used in many shopping malls. Our project MALLNAV aims to fill these gaps by offering consumers personalized help via a chatbot, real-time navigation, and dynamic 3D maps. The software also makes it possible to look for products efficiently, which improves customers’ purchasing experiences. A detailed assessment of the literature is conducted at the outset of the project to identify gaps in the present solutions and highlight the need for a complete plan. Natural language processing, Visual Studio, and Unity 3D are all used in MALLNAV’s design to provide a reliable and easyto- use interface. The abilities of the system, such as user registration, navigation, chatbot conversations, and more, are defined in detail in the software requirements specification. Furthermore, a collection of use cases are also included that demonstrates how MALLNAV gives users the capacity to easily navigate, find stores, and access information. Developing an integrated solution will allow MALLNAV to provide users with a complete tool to easily navigate the mall environment, access store information, and receive personalized endorsements. The main goal of this project is to address the shortcomings of traditional navigation systems within shopping malls. MALLNAV aims to overcome challenges such as lack of interactivity, personalization, and real-time updates which then leads to bad user experiences. MALLNAV will ensure that these challenges will be addresses by giving users a seamless, interactive, and personalized tool that simplifies navigation and empowers shoppers with real-time information. Another goal of this project is to create a organized and in-built platform that flawlessly combines indoor navigation, dynamic 3D visualization, and chatbot interaction. In addition, the project aims to improve customer satisfaction and involvement in shopping centers. MALLNAV aims to create an immersive experience that not only makes shopping easier for users but also helps assessment and finding by providing effective product searches and a rich visual depiction of the mall layout. This project starts with a thorough literature assessment that highlights the need for a multidimensional approach and points out gaps in current solutions and how this project will fill these gaps. MALLNAV will show up as a game-changing solution, combining innovative technology to produce a feature-rich and entertaining mate for shopping malls. MALLNAV brings shopping into the digital era by improving user pleasure and streamlining interactions through a natural design and useful features. en_US
