Human Resource Management System Hawkeye

Abstract

This thesis report describes the creation of an industrial-level human resource management system (HRMS) adapted to the unique requirements of CodeSaaz, a company known for its skill in creating specialized software solutions for a range of industries. The main objective of this project is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CodeSaaz’s HR department by replacing manual and paper-based processes with an integrated and automated HRMS solution. The Human Resource Management System consists of four basic modules like employee management, job advertisement and hiring process, user management and security and payroll mamagement system. These modules collectively solves the critical aspects of HR management, including employee information management, salary calculations, job postings, and security considerations. The idea for this project came from the realization that effective human resource management is essential for organizational success in the competitive business world of today. Due to manual processes, CodeSaaz is now having trouble managing its HR processes, which leads to inefficiencies, mistakes, higher administrative expenses, and decreased productivity. By simplifying HR procedures, strengthening data accuracy, and boosting overall organizational effectiveness, the suggested HRMS seeks to address these problems.
