dc.description.abstract | This research explores the Israel lobby's impact on U.S. foreign policy during President Trump's tenure, particularly regarding the Iranian nuclear deal. By contrasting policies from Trump's and Obama's administrations towards Iran, this study examines the depth of influence exerted by the Israel lobby on U.S. foreign policy trajectories. Findings suggest a significant deviation in the Trump administration's stance on the Iran deal, primarily attributed to the Israel lobby, resulting in considerable changes in the Middle East's power dynamics and U.S.-Israel relations. This paper also sheds light on Iran's strategic diplomatic efforts, emphasizing the region's uncertain future. Conclusively, nations must adapt their strategies to promote Middle East stability. This investigation offers valuable insights for those examining U.S. foreign policy, lobby influences, and Middle East geopolitics, presenting a detailed overview of the factors influencing foreign policy formation. | en_US |
