Abstract:
All event-related actions are tracked using the Event Hub. Multiple service providers
are functioning at the same time in any instance, making administration challenging.
It's also crucial for the event planner to have all of these service providers' contact
information on hand so that he may call them at any time to schedule an event. This
was made to keep track of all ofthese actions. The user must have a strong network of
service provider relationships to be successful in the event management sector. These
individuals are essentially service providers who can be quickly contacted to
participate in any given event. To make an event effective, several service providers
are necessary, such as sound systems, lighting, canteen services, stage decoration, and
so on. Multiple service providers are functioning at the same time in any instance,
making administration challenging. The organiser must also have all of these service
providers' contact information so that he may call them at any time to schedule an
event at a certain time. Event Company is now obliged to do all management chores
manually under the current system. On paper, all payment information is saved. There
is no system in place to check the costs of prior events. They must check the payment
register in order to do so, which is a time-consuming and tedious operation.
