Abstract:
This system is made with the combination of Web and App Integrated mutually with
the same Database. For This system works as a framework for HR to make
employees pays while going through all terminologies like presence, absence, late,
leaves, loan, taxes, penalties etc. once the pay is debited in employee’s account so we
provide our employees with the app where they can see their pay details with the pay
slip which will save their time to go to bank and waste their time in asking of pay
slip. All this task may be depended on the individual’s working pace. All The
employees ought to synchronize the paper work manually with the aid of speaking
every different. This paper task takes numerous time and calls for greater space to
save accurately and all of the additional resources required to make sure the
protection. In this system, there is surety or reliability as the humans are likely to
make an error. This report justifies all the additional ideas and features of our system
and our highlights effort to reduce manual tactics in an organization’s Pay rolling
process that whether it’s an HR, CEO and employee. We hope to provide flexibility
to everyone related with this process. The unique feature ofthis system are a Mobile
application which is solely dedicated for employee where he/she will monitor pay
sheet detail and other relative things and employee leave request handling from app
to web without using any third party resrouce like mail, sim message etc. Employee
will send leave request from mobile application which will have pending status until
it is approved from web application by HR and a record will be occur in both Web
application and mobile application.
