dc.description.abstract Many organization spent millions of dollars on the security of their data related to customers and users. All existing online organization services are web-based, connected to the Internet. A central access management system is used to store content on cloud storage. Using an Internet connection and web browsers, these materials can be accessed from any location. On the other hand security complications increase day by day. At that, vulnerability of single authentication protection of data at high risk and threat to online presence organization. Two way factor authentication is an option, it require user to present more than one method of identification when login to account. The big challenge is that how to ensure the 3-Factor authentication security, scanning and verification of data without compromising the performance or identity of data. For solving this problem we decide to design or developed fool proof cyber encrypted acceptive that provide deep level encryption of ID Password authentication, , unique key for each employee and confirmation process authentication of organization using 3F Authentication Method. Moreover we provide data-level encryption of files and the confidential document being sent or received by the user protected by some ID verification. The system work like an organization where admin add employee and gave them specific jobs related to their skills, when admin register the employee, he gave a unique key to the employee to enter in the system at time of login. The admin add, delete and modified the project from admin panel. The login the system and check the project section and done project on given time. All the above process done in secure encrypted environment. All the passwords are encrypted and also end to end file encryption are held en_US
