Abstract:
Users have been encouraged to submit consumer feedback after reading online product
reviews about their buying experiences on social media. Many e-commerce companies
now allow users to leave evaluations or ratings on the products they purchase.
Customer reviews have the power to make or break a product's reputation. As a result,
firm personnel gain an understanding oftheir product's market position. De9eptive or
spiteful reviews are made on the ecommerce site in order to demote or promote the
goods. As a result, there may be probable financial losses or a greater degree of
corporate growth. We present a project aimed at detecting fake review which contains
vulgar and curse words and make the e-commerce site fake review free online
shopping centre.
