Abstract:
The abstract ofthis project is that a buyer can easily find a property online by using our platform.
We are going to use the Technology ofsmart contracts to automate the purchase ofconverting real
estate contract into smart contract on Blockchain. Blockchain is a database with decentralization,
which is transparent and can be accessed and append but cannot be edited or deleted; it is a type
ofshared database, which a user can access. In order to add new data (such as the buyer buys new
property) in Blockchain. The verification process will only occurs once when token is generated
(data added in our database) afterwards ownership can be changed easily from one person to
another.
