| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this project is to develop artificial intelligence-based chat-bot to provide ease for shopping in ecommerce websites. The chat bot has built on google dialog flow which is a natural language understanding platform and can be integrate into our mobile apps, web applications and different IOT devices. This project uses the power of Natural Language processing (NLP) to develop the understanding ofdifferent human conversation’s intents. NLP is a part of informatics, numerical etymology, AI, and computerized reasoning. NLP helps talk bots to dissect the human language and produce the content. English language is profoundly unstructured with adaptable guidelines, if we need a PC application to understand that data, it is necessary to convert human language into a logical form. Here comes the phenomenon called as Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) which make it conceivable to robotize such cycles precisely. There are multiple functionalities we offer in this chat-bot. Chat-bot can easily provide Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding any query related to given ecommerce platform. It provides an option too to enter your email/phone number so that a customersupport will contact you shortly, other than that there is an option to claim any new promo codes/newsletter by sending out your name/email. | en_US |
