dc.description.abstract In the competitive society, there are many changes occurring in the world and a citizen are not paying attention for the learning purpose. Moreover, the smartphones and tablets are ruling out the world in the current time and technology is progressively trendy in these days across the world. The development ofthe new technology that manages the smartphones and tablets are becoming the growing one in the education field. Today, many types ofresearch show that the education and the technology are vital for human beings and they reliably provide the good education platform to the people. In recent years, mobile applications and games market has thrived in mobile world and some ofthese applications and games are particularly designed for enlightenment ofsocial issues. Numerous studies are done on citizen’s learning through mobile applications, however, there are a limited number ofstudies that have specifically focused on traffic rules. The purpose ofthis study is to provide people a mobile platform where they can interactively learn about traffic rules and road safety. After a market search a few ofrelevant applications have been found with similar but there were some gaps to be considered. The design ofthis application differs from rest ofthe applications in terms of simplicity, more attractive graphics with continuous instruction and support for user interface design principality. The quiz section in this application is more fun, the developed application is interested for all the citizen focusing different age group. The developed mobile application provides a complete guidance for people of all age levels and the quiz section in particular is effective at catching people’s attention and increasing their motivation towards learning traffic rules. en_US
