Abstract

Eventify Event Planner is a versatile, an all-in-one tool that will streamline the process by keeping you on track and remain under budget with the event management process. Eventify has been Developed to overcome the issue ofEvent Booking System for special occasions such as Valima, Mayo, Mehndi, Birthday Parties, Barat, BBQ party, and, others. Most of our Event planners are running their business on social media platforms which is quite unreachable and less approachable at times. Plus, the end-user gets worried about all the arrangement when their special event takes place like catering services, car rentals, food, decoration, cameraman and lot others. Thus, we will create an application that connects end users to event planners to help them guide for the best suitable event planning for their occasion. Moreover, this platform gets leads for the order in which the end-user is our core business perspective. The website and application designed in such a way that it provides a simple mechanism that is easy to understand for an end-user because of its friendly, easy on the hand nature. We divide our project into two modules that is event manager module and user application module thus, making it secure and fast management system. It comes up with remote access features to better manage resources and workforce all the time. We will create an application that connects end users to event planners to help them guide for the best suitable event planning for their occasion. We provide an online platform for event planners based on best-featured event planners, top event planners and top-rated event planners.
