dc.description.abstract The Smart Educational Institute (SEI) aims to address some of the issues that Educational Institutes encounter. For the Institute's administration and students, SEI will provide a user-friendly interface. The biggest issue that students have with the current university attendance system is that manual entry takes time and is inefficient since a teacher mistake or a student's lack of attention during that time may mark him or her absent, which could be troublesome for students in the future. Another key point is that there is no longer a proxy system. The second issue is security. Because most educational institutes still use the old traditional card system, creating a similar criminal may get admission to the university looking fake ID is not difficult, and fake ID card. Instead of the old standard barcode card system, RFID smart using a cards with facial recognition can solve this problem, If a student forgets his or her id facial recognition will aid to identify the student, allowing only registered card, students to enter the institution. Anyone else will have to go through the necessary a visitor, avoiding any unwanted threat or suspicion. The goal of procedure to enter as this project is to create a Smart Institute Model that includes a cross-platform lication as well as an IoT system for implementing facial recognition for managing app arrival and departure times, as well as accessing late arrivals and early departures to punctuality, Another feature is introduced in light of the circumstances and hazards of COVID-19, and it includes the detection of face masks to check if the , also RFID Smart Cards will be utilised to track ensure individual is following the SOPs or not attendance for classrooms. en_US
