Abstract:
The objective ofthis project is to develop ERP web based app of cooperative housing
society. This system is developed to manage day-to-day activities of any co-operative
housing society. Cooperative Housing Society ERP is the most comprehensive
solution for property management.
A proper platform for the management and for the Resident of the society who
working and living in that society and it will help to reduce time , effort and manual
also. By this management system it will provide complete centralized process
and all the records are up to date. For any changes you don’t need to go through the
long process in this management system.
Generally, in society all the work is manually. Contact no of members are noted on
the papers. As all work is done on paperso it is very difficult to manage and keep track
of all the work expenses in the society. This co-operative society management system
will computerize all day to day operation in the society.
For the development ofERP based web application, python flask framework has been
used to develop web application and MYSQL database has been used for connectivity
with python flask framework. The main advantage of using python flask framework
with MYSQL database is that it is light weight and modular design, so it easy to
transform it to the web framework you need with a few extensions without weighing
it down, HTTP request handling functionality ,High Flexibility,
Jinja templating and built-in development server and fast debugger
