Abstract:
Allocation of duties to different invigilators during examination is a problem and
concern during examination. A good duty chart for invigilators ensures both faculty
and the management ofthe institute is pleased with the agreement, ensuring that all
activities during the review are scheduled within the prescribed time period and that
all hard and soft constraints are well met. Invigilator task distribution is a method for
allocating each invigilator's duties in separate examination halls in such a way that
the whole examination session, each invigilator will earn the same amount of
duties. This method is established because every school or college, every
examination season, the different divisions or classes of an institution face the
complexity of drawing a template to assign invigilators in various examination halls
every year. The allocation method of the invigilator must be optimised and simple.
The key aim ofthis system is to show the ability to automatically assign review halls
to each invigilator using computers or other equipment. This programme consists of
front-end or user interface that is displayed on the computer and on the DotNet written framework where ail back-end coding, functionality and activities that
connect similar codes are written. In allocating invigilators to each examination hall,
the system starts with the task of overcoming difficulty and takes measures while
constructing a system to assign invigilators to each examination hall.
