| dc.description.abstract | This project works on principles of blockchain to implement a secure channel for medical records transaction of patients on a single portal which can be accessed by organization, doctors and patients to interact with the data. Project works on 4 stakeholders. A blockchain is an open ledger to which eveiybody approaches except without a focal authority having control. It is an empowering innovation for people also, organizations to work together with trust and straightforwardness. Extraordinary compared to other know uses of blockchains are the cryptographic monetary forms, for example, Bitcoin and 'others, yet numerous different applications are conceivable. Blockchain innovation is viewed as the main impetus ofthe following basic insurgency in data innovation. Numerous usages of blockchain innovation are broadly accessible today, each having its specific quality for a particular application space. The instructional exercise gives the members bits of knowledge and viable experience on Blockchain innovation and applications by and by, just as hypothesis-based investigation of conceivable business cases. Blockchain based EMR is built using Docker container having Django Backend and Kubemetes to manage it. On the frontend Application provides VueJs based Single Page Application. Data is stored on off chain data store Redis and hashes of data is stored on Blockchain. This infrastructure provides a way, Blockchain can be used to secure the data and provide a easy way to interact with the data through Web Portal. The main objective ofthis Project is to innovate current working healthcare industry in Pakistan. Our Healthcare industiy lacks the most integral part of Data security of Patients. This project will help eradicate this flaw. Patient can easily keep track oftheir medical histoiy and is readily available under an umbrella to Doctors and Organizations associated. Blockchain features such as decentralized storage, cryptography, and smart contracts provide organizations with a framework for maintaining accuracy and prevent unauthorized access and improve data security | en_US |
