dc.description.abstract This study investigates the impact of E-recruitment on HR performance in private sector of Pakistan. One of the most important divisions in any contemporary corporation is the human resources (HR) division. Numerous studies have found that the HR department is crucial to the success of any firm. Recruiting is among the numerous tasks that HR department is supposed to complete since it is focused on "getting individuals into the organization. In the context of recruitment, this research study looks at how modern HR managers have benefited from recent innovations in technology, particularly in the field of e-Recruitment. It is widely acknowledged that the private sector is Pakistan's largest and fastest-growing sector, and a number of private companies have formed human resources departments that continually use technology to support their hiring operations. Therefore, it becomes sense to determine the suitability of technology use in private sector of Pakistan. This study is related to causal research. In order to determine the scope and type of cause-and effect linkages, causal research is carried out. Similar to descriptive research, causal research is quantitative in nature and has a planned and organized approach. Using questionnaires, information was gathered from HR professionals working for private organizations in Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Quetta, and Islamabad. These professionals have included head of HR, HR managers, deputy and assistant managers, HR executives, and HR coordinators. The goal of the analysis is to evaluate how the effectiveness of HR departments is impacted by e-recruitment. To get the findings of the analysis, statistical tests such descriptive analysis, sample adequacy, normality, reliability correlations, and regression analysis were employed. The conclusion has revealed that e-recruitment significantly impact the Human Resource performance in private sector of Pakistan. en_US
