dc.description.abstract The study examined the relationship between Green HRM practices, transformational leadership, and employee creativity in the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. The research findings support the hypotheses and provide valuable insights for the industry. The analysis showed that Green HRM practices have a significant positive effect on employee creativity. Implementing these practices can contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative work environments within the sector. Additionally, the study found that transformational leadership plays a Moderating role in the relationship between employee creativity and Green HRM practices. Effective leadership behaviors enhance the impact of Green HRM practices on employee creativity. The research contributes to the existing literature by addressing a research gap and providing empirical evidence on the importance of Green HRM practices and transformational leadership in fostering employee creativity. The findings highlight the need for organizations in the telecommunication sector, and potentially other industries, to implement Green HRM practices and cultivate transformational leadership qualities to enhance employee creativity and overall performance. In summary, this study emphasizes the significance of Green HRM practices and transformational leadership in promoting employee creativity in the telecommunication sector of Pakistan.
