Firstly need to decide about how to collect the data. One method could be better suited. Conducted the personal survey and visit to Mehzan, Askari, JS bank head offices in Islamabad and then meeting with their administration for allowing us to fill the questionnaire from the employees of the bank Analysis of data using descriptive statistics involves making certain assumptions about the data, all of which must be satisfied for the test to be carried out effectively. For mean employee performance have highest value which is 4.1606 and for standard deviation value is more of age which is 1.04 and less for 0.48 for employee performance.
