dc.description.abstract This thesis titled "The Impact of Servant Leadership and Ethical Leadership on Employee Innovation with the Mediating Effect of Organizational Support" explores the intricate association between leadership styles, administrative support, and workers innovation in the dynamic and evolving context of the telecommunication sector. Through an in-depth investigation, this research study aims must be explicit about the impact of servant leadership and ethical leadership on employee innovation, while also examining the mediating role played by organizational support. Drawing upon a comprehensive review of existing literature and established theoretical frameworks, this research adopts a quantitative research design to analyze the impact of leadership styles on employee innovation within telecommunication organizations. By collecting structured questionnaires from a carefully selected sample of employees representing diverse roles and levels of the organization, the study captures nuanced insights from the telecommunication sector, a key driver of global connectivity. Utilizing advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis and mediation analysis, the collected data is meticulously analyzed to uncover the complex relationships and test the formulated research hypotheses. This investigation purposes to subsidize significantly toward the prevailing corpus of understanding on management, organizational support, and employee innovation in the telecommunication sector, presenting a more comprehensive understanding of the unique dynamics within this industry.
