Abstract:
In the banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan, this study explores the influence of supervisor support, working environment, and teamwork on employee loyalty, with the moderating of job satisfaction. Supervisor support, working environment, and teamwork were employed as independent variables in this study. The moderator is Job Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is employee loyalty. However, the banking industry of Pakistan's twin cities was chosen to explore the relationship between the variables listed above. Primary data is obtained by an adopted structured questionnaire based on a5-point Likert scale, which is a quantitative research method. The responses were collected using a convenience sample technique from 140 respondents (workers in the banking industry of twin cities in Pakistan). Using SPSS Software, the responses are examined using statistical tests (such as Frequency Distribution, correlation, multiple regression, and reliability analysis). The findings show that supervisor support, working environment, and teamwork have a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty in the banking sector of Pakistan's twin cities. In the banking sector of twin cities in Pakistan, moderation analysis revealed a significant moderating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between supervisor support, working environment, and teamwork (independent variables) and employee loyalty (dependent variable). The findings also show that changes in supervisor support, working environment, and team affect the link between employee loyalty and job satisfaction in Pakistan's banking sector.
