Abstract:
Food truck is an emerging food business in restaurants market in Karachi Pakistan. Food growth
with new ideas offood ventures such as restaurants, carts etc, has been increasing as consumption
behavior changes, food trends changing, mode of expense changes, spending behavior changing
with the passage of time. People now attract more open air environment to have meals into and
this lead the immense growing in outdoor food facilities where individuals take a long breath,
enjoy windy air all alone and also some fun with friends, colleagues and families as it is save from
any kind of viruses too. It is free from traffic hassle, nearby to the home, easily walk on distance,
where anyone can come to, even though bicycle to satisfy their craving, where one can get the
meal on their car, where the charge of food is pocket friendly than other brand’s outlet, where one
take a long breath in air and ends the hectic day, order online, have chitchat with louder voice
of gossips with no restrictions among colleagues and friends, where no one can point out to be in
formal. Food truck providing quality offoods and these facilities which is full in taste and hygiene
and all other facilities along with meals where the chances to say NO in any perspective is much
lesser that any other restaurants.
