Abstract:
The education is the primary right ofany human being. Unfortunately, this basic right has not been
given to the children of Pakistan, which became the bases ofthis project, which is about getting
the out ofschool children of Pakistan into school. For this purpose, the data ofschools currently
working in Pakistan as well as how many students in respect of geography and gender has been
gathered, the division has bee done in respect of provinces i.e. Sindh, Panjab, Baluchistan and
Khyber Pakhtunkhua. The gender wise distribution of students attending and dropping out of
schools has been gathered, the problems such has poverty effecting the education, corruption, non availability offunds, dilapidated situation ofexisting infrastructure ofschools, the absence ofnon quality teachers, different education sector such as Deeni, Private and Public school’s education
system are discussed in detail.
In the end, the data according to wealth, geography and gender has been analyzed ofOut of
School rates, Drop Outs rates, and school completion rates and possible strategies has been
discussed to eliminate the problems, framework to quality education system
The strategies given are school feeding program, Child-Friendly schools and framework to
quality education system in which community takes part. Also, future course ofaction such as,
community support and responsibility, EMIS system and incentive system has been put forth as
recommendation that can benefit the education sector ofPakistan.
