dc.description.abstract | The research on faculty job satisfaction has long been a significant and fascinating field. Significant emphasis has recently been paid to the idea offaculty job satisfaction and the variables that influence it. The fact that this work attitude has repeatedly been linked to crucial faculty values and activities like teaching, research, work environment, workload management, and job satisfaction is a significant factor in the enormous interest in it. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of faculty workload management, teaching, research, work environment on faculty job satisfaction. The sample of this study consisted of 350-400 faculty members from different business schools in Karachi. A questionnaire was used to gather data regarding above mentioned variables and demographic characteristics ofthe respondents. Data then analyzed with the help ofJAMOVI software. | en_US |
