dc.description.abstract Green Supply Chain Management practice is a multi-dimensional concept which additionally be measured from distinctive perspectives. The study reason was to assess objectives of green supply chain manage on organizational productiveness: a survey ofTextile Industries in Pakistan. Its objectives had been to analyze the objectives ofgreen procurement, green production and the objectives of operations and reserve logistics on organizational productiveness in Textile Industries in Pakistan. The study was guided through public price idea and institutional idea; the study followed descriptive survey research design. The research was executed in Textile Industries in Karachi Pakistan. For the reason of getting a representative sample, the Researchers used a census of the target population. Questionnaires had been used as information series instruments. The information was analyzed the usage of each descriptive facts (frequencies, percentages, imply and widespread deviation and inferential the findings is provided in below tables. The study findings imply that everyone the three predictor variables; green procurement, green production and operations and reserve logistics showed a study relation with the structured variable organizational productiveness. The study consequently mechanisms need to be installed location through the textile industries to cope with the challenges which might be hampering the implementation of green procurement. It have to consider the environmental factors to overall performance requirements when making purchasing decisions, additionally, groups need to adopt production strategies which use inputs with quite low environmental impacts, that are highly efficient, and so as to produce very little waste or pollution, this can bring about decrease raw material expenses, production performance gains, reduced environmental and occupational protection expenses, and advanced corporate image, further, textile industries have to undertake reverse logistics practices a good way to follow set environmental guidelines, this have to embody all sports ofthe flows ofmerchandise, facts and services among the factor of origin and the factor of consumption. Lastly the study recommends that groups have to growth variety and dynamics, environmental troubles that are critical in ensuring organizational productiveness. This will make certain groups lessen the impact at the surroundings at the procurement procedure and to broaden sustainable deliver and supply chain techniques. This research that a study ofthe same kind since the study only focused on the objectives ofgreen procurement, green production and operations and reverse suggested with distinctive areas ofthe same characteristics.
