Abstract:
Purpose:
The given research study is based on the topic to “To investigate the impact of organizational
attributes on service quality of hospital in Karachi, Pakistan The presented research’s
chosen research goals include examining the impact of organizational culture, organizational
design, incentives, information management i and top management on service quality of
hospital sector.
Methodology & Design:
The researcher has used a deductive research approach and a quantitative research design to
accomplish research objectives. Additionally, the study used a survey questionnaire as its
primary research tool, asking questions of hospital staff members on 5-point likert scale from
the range of 1 to 5 for organizational attributes and service quality with a sample of 208. .
Primary data collection techniques were employed by the researcher to gather data.
Frequency analysis, regression, and correlation techniques are employed using the SPSS
application for the purpose of data analysis.

Findings:
The outcome of the given research has shown that organizational culture, information
management and top management have significant positive impact on the service quality.
While contrast with, the organizational design and incentives have insignificant effect
positively on service quality.
Limitations:
Due to time and resource constraints, this study was only undertaken in one nation. Since
there were few observations (208 responses). Additionally, the university’s department has
not set aside any funding for the mentioned research
It is recommended that
cooperation, a positive outlook, and robust
organization should develop a culture that Fostering teamwork,
employee recognition, improve information
management system and provide guidance and leadership by upper management of the
hospital.
