dc.description.abstract Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate and study the effects of independent variables, i.e., family incivility and family support, on the dependent variable i.e., thriving at work. We have also studied the moderating effect that emotional regulation has paid at all the variables, especially the dependent variable. Methodology and Design: Research was conducted forming questionnaire which was floated amongst employees of middle tier private banking employees of Karachi, Pakistan. Sample size was 150 respondents. The data was further analyzed through Smart PLS software where statistical tools were used to organize the data in the form oftables and figures discussed the findings ofthe study. Findings: Based on the tests conducted over the gathered data (structured recreational modeling i.e., reliability and validity) findings were generated accordingly so that to know the impact of family incivility and family support on thriving at work. Limitations: The study is conducted on banking sector covering middle tier banks of Karachi, Pakistan. Limitations: Future research can explore more working segments and can be conducted beyond Pakistan in order to obtain better results. en_US
