The job insecurity (resiliency) have a positive impact on Psychological well-being of the schooling system. While the impact of job insecurity (Financial stress) is insignificant Teacher psychological well-being in the short and long run. Limitations Research limitation are the target population where interview question where design and send to participants (teacher) where some link where share on Linkedln or other social media platform as a result there are chances we wouldn’t be able to get the same degree ofrich data that we would from in-person interviews. Second, the survey was carried out while the schools were opened after the lockdown and the peak ofthe COVID-19 pandemic was break in Karachi as a result consequently, its impact on the perception of job insecurity and wellbeing are somehow recovered. Recommendations: Both the federal and provincial levels of Government should pass the legislation regarding job security to support the teacher who had lose theirjob or are on notice period and suffering from threat of being fired later. Further any compensation and relieve packages should be granted to support teachers. Further they also need to develop a comprehensive teacher development strategy. This would include: a Consultation, agreement on the management ofschool reopening.
