dc.description.abstract Purpose: This paper attempts to investigate the relationships between organization culture, employee engagement and job satisfaction. Engagements at work, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have gained much popularity and a considerable number of discussions among employers and indeed are of escalating interest to researchers. Methodology: The research was conducted in banking industry in Karachi. Primary data were collected via a questionnaire that was distributed to 384 employees using convenience sampling method. This study utilized a quantitative, non-probability method, while employing a cross-sectional approach with secondary data as well as primary data. The participants for this study were all full-time employees ofthe organization. The hypotheses were tested using Jamovi to examine the relationship between the variables. Findings: The findings indicate that organizational culture has a direct and significant positive influence on employee engagement and employee satisfaction. Besides, organizational culture also has a significant indirect positive effect on employee performance through employee engagement. Conclusion: This showed that critical organizational culture has an oblique effect on job investigation satisfaction, through positive mediating associations with engagement Moreover, those with a higher level of engagement are more likely to believe in the and its decision and capabilities, which in turn leads to higherjob satisfaction. organization Implementation: Bank managers, practitioners, and research institutions can use the findings to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement to drive employee perfonnanee.
