| dc.description.abstract | Purpose Although prior research has shown the value of entrepreneurial leadership in encouraging innovative activity among employees, little is known about how leaders affect their colleagues' inventive behavior. By using social cognitive theory, this thesis aims to analyze the role of innovation climate in mediating the connection between entrepreneurial leadership and employees' innovative behavior. Methodology & Design From full-time workers in Karachi, we gathered 261 data points using the survey method and the snow-ball sampling approach. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modelling using Smart PLS. Findings The study discovered that entrepreneurial leadership influences employees' innovative behavior by fostering an innovative climate. Limitations The only precedent taken into account by the framework is entrepreneurial leadership. Another potential drawback is that the research sample was limited to Karachi only. Recommendations These findings make it possible for leaders to identify their crucial roles in promoting innovation inside their organizations and creating the best culture and environment for innovation. It also enables managers to design creative environments encouraging staff members to discuss concepts and ideas confidently | en_US |
