Abstract:
The primary objective of this study is to assess the impact of digital marketing tools on enhancing the performance of real estate businesses, with a focus on website solutions, social media marketing, and email marketing. To achieve this, data was collected through a survey questionnaire from 100 employees of Zameen.com. The data collection technique employed convenience and snowball sampling methods to gather the opinions and insights of these employees. Subsequently, SPSS software was utilized for data analysis, incorporating various tests such as demographic analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study revealed a positive relationship between the implementation of website solutions and business performance, indicating that an effective website plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance of a real estate business. Additionally, the findings demonstrated a positive association between social media marketing and business performance, highlighting the importance of leveraging social media platforms for business growth. Furthermore, the study identified a positive correlation between email marketing and business performance, underscoring the significance of utilizing email campaigns in the real estate industry. Overall, this research sheds light on the pivotal role played by digital marketing tools in driving success within the real estate sector and emphasizes the importance of incorporating these strategies to enhance business performance.
