dc.description.abstract Purpose The purpose of this study is to evaluate the function of Knowledge Sharing in mediating Spiritual Leadership and Innovative Performance empirically. It also investigates the significant impact of Spiritual Leadership components on Knowledge Sharing and Innovative performance. Methodology & Design The partial least-squares structural equation modelling ( sem (PLS-SEM) method was used to evaluate the effect of Spiritual Leadership characteristics on employee creativity, as well as the role of Knowledge Sharing as a mediating factor in this connection. A survey questionnaire with Likert scale items will be used to obtain data from 300 participants in the knowledge business. Findings The study's findings reveal that knowledge sharing has no effect on the link between Spiritual Leadership and Innovative Performance components. However, knowledge sharing, as assessed by knowledge transformation, acted as a positive mediating factor in the link between the dimensions of Spiritual Leadership and those of innovative performance. Furthermore, Knowledge Sharing had a greater indirect effect. Limitations By proposing knowledge sharing as a mediator, this study presents a novel theoretical framework to examine how and when spiritual leadership improves Innovative Performance. This study contains significant drawbacks The tiny sample size from one city in Pakistan is also a limitation. Secondly, the cross-sectional data did not allow for a long-term examination ofthe conceptual framework under consideration in this study Recommendations The current study sought to investigate how Spiritual Leadership enhances Knowledg and Innovative Performance of e Sharing an Organization in Pakistan's Knowledge Industry. The outcomes ofthis study demonstrate that in order to attain i innovative performance, leaders must increase knowledge sharing skills between themselves and practice spiritual leadership and i their employees. en_US
