Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the function of Knowledge Sharing in mediating
Spiritual Leadership and Innovative Performance empirically. It also investigates the
significant impact of Spiritual Leadership components on Knowledge Sharing and Innovative
performance.
Methodology & Design
The partial least-squares structural equation modelling ( sem (PLS-SEM) method was used to
evaluate the effect of Spiritual Leadership characteristics on employee creativity, as well as the
role of Knowledge Sharing as a mediating factor in this connection. A survey questionnaire
with Likert scale items will be used to obtain data from 300 participants in the knowledge
business.
Findings
The study's findings reveal that knowledge sharing has no effect on the link between Spiritual
Leadership and Innovative Performance components. However, knowledge sharing, as
assessed by knowledge transformation, acted as a positive mediating factor in the link between
the dimensions of Spiritual Leadership and those of innovative performance. Furthermore,
Knowledge Sharing had a greater indirect effect.
Limitations
By proposing knowledge sharing as a mediator, this study presents a novel theoretical
framework to examine how and when spiritual leadership improves Innovative
Performance. This study contains significant drawbacks The tiny sample size from one city in
Pakistan is also a limitation. Secondly, the cross-sectional data did not allow for a long-term
examination ofthe conceptual framework under consideration in this study Recommendations
