This study's objective is to
Observations.
evaluate the effectiveness of Green Supply Chain Management
This research seeks to investigate the most important factors that influence the
adoption and implementation of global supply chain management strategies in manufacturing
companies and to provide a guideline for industrial sectors that wish to use GSCM
successfully. Next, identify the constraints of GSCM implementation in organizations and
suggest or encourage directions for future study and GSCM implementation. A quantitative
and deductive approach is used in the research project’s design. Sample selection in non probabilisdc data techniques is non-probabdistic. The study tool is a Questionnaire technique
to perform this research. The question applied in this research is carefully prepared to suit the
demand and answer all the research topics addressed in the present study inside a sequence.
GSCM methods were implemented using descriptive statistics data in this study. According to
the research findings, GSCM techniques positively boost environmental, economic, social, and
operational performance. GSCM implementation challenges and supply chain performance
may be better understood and improved with the aid ofthis study. The limitation to this study
is that it highlights the significance ofGreen practices only, it should be investigated to include
individuals with varied mindsets to find out more in the green industry.
This study recommends that green supply chain approaches significantly impact an
organization's performance; therefore, for a green environment to be effective, employees must
be involved in decision-making, and the community must be the organization's top concern.
Companies should select only those vendors concerned about their product's environmental
impact, establish an excellent standard for the green community, and assist vendors in their
efforts to be environmentally friendly. |
