dc.description.abstract Purpose: This work aims to investigate the impact of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Research and Development (R&D), Inventory Automation (IA) and Total Quality Management (TQM) on operational performance, as well as how these factors relate to one another. Methodology & Design: With the aid of writing and industry experts, fundamental pharmaceutical quality and supply chain elements have been linked. It has been determined how TQM practices affect supply chain practices, research and development, inventory automation, and operational performance. In essence, the impact ofsupply chain simulations on operational effectiveness is evaluated. The demonstrated underlying conditions are also used to test and evaluate alternative models. Numerous statistical techniques, including correlation, and regression will be used depending on the needs ofthe investigation. Findings: Testing of alternative models revealed that IQM procedures directly impact opeiational performance. However, TQM procedures, inventory automation, and R&D activities also directly relate to supply chain element that allect the oveiall opeiationcd peiioimance. Examining several models, it is determined that the model in which supply chain techniques such as TQM, inventory automation, and research and development further influence the functional presentation is generally appropriate. en_US
