Abstract:
Purpose
The aim of the research is to investigate the impact of green supply chain management
practices on sustainability in the FMCG sector of Karachi.
Methodology & Design
The research is quantitative and based on a deductive approach. Research design is causal.
Data is collected from employees working in FMCG sector ofKarachi through a questionnaire.
The sample size is 370 based on convenience sampling. Smart PLS 4is used as a data analysis
tool.
Findings:
The results ofthis study depicts that the FMCG firms of Karachi place a low consideration on
GP and IEM relation with SP. Whereas, GM, GMK, GDP has a significant impact on social
performance. On the other hand, GP, GM, GMK, GDP, IEM has a significant impact on
economic and environmental performance. Firms can improve their supply chain performance
through adopting green practices.

Data is collected only from employees working in Karachi that’s why findings cannot be
