dc.description.abstract Purpose To check the influence of Top management, Information and communication technology, Supplier Selection and Staff Tiaining on adaptation of Green Procurement in pharmaceutical industry Karachi Pakistan. The main pm pose is to understand the impact these factors on Green Procurement in pharmaceutical industry Karachi. Methodology & Design The sample size opted for this research was 384.Data is analyzed using SMART-PLS software. Findings The finding indicates that Top management, Information and communication technology, Supplier selection and stafftraining has a significant impact on green Procurement. The relationship between these factor and green procurement lays the groundwork for the company’s long-term success. Limitations One ofthe limitations is that the ground of this study is limited to the people engaged in pharmaceutical industry Karachi Pakistan. It cannot be generalized with people of other countries and provinces as their points of view might vary. Recommendations The research indicates that TMS, ICT, SS and S1 has a positive impact on GP. It is recommended to the organizations to focus on taking survey to get updated information about the expectation of employees as well as what they are thinking related to their current work process. By applying this, management would be able to understand and to know the demands of employees for the improvement in Green procurement process and to how much extent these factors are plays an important role for them. Furthermore it is also suggested to appreciate employees those are doing efforts on GP with monetary as well as non-monetary values. Sometimes, non-monetary values also play important role in making employee motivated towards theirjob and encourage to put moie effoils. It is also suggested to TM that adding the employees more satisfied towanls theirjob or can also rotate then-job task so they can aeer to learn new things and skill which will beneficial for organization as well as for employees too.Providing updated information and resources are efficiently used. It is also important lor the TM to plan and implement appropriate strategies that would make an employee feel satisfied towards Green Procurement procedures. Thus, they will put more efforts towards the achievement of organizational goals ifthey are aware of it. It is also impoitant to take select supplier by complete evaluation through different factor. By doing so the selection ol suppliei is more efficient and beneficial for long term relationship. en_US
