dc.description.abstract | Digital Marketing is an important tool for every business in today’s world. Without digital marketing no business can be successful, yet traditional marketing is still prevailing in the market but everyone has adopted new techniques of marketing. This report is useful in identifying the use of Digital Marketing and Social media in 21st century. The study shows that how it had changed the businesses and helped them to grow in very short time period. The abstract of this project provides a brief overview of the key objectives, strategies, and deliverables of the project, as well as the expected outcomes and benefits for palace sweets and bakers. The project’s purpose is to develop social media pages that include Facebook and Instagram. Similarly, we have established a website with integrated blog section along with Google analytics. This allows us to spread our promotions and alerts via online means. The integration of Google analytics enables the company to capture the type of audience and their behavior that allow them to get a better picture of their interested customers, their input on different platforms will help the palace sweets and bakers to improve and consider the needs of the customers. Additionally, we had to create a logo, packaging, ads, and business cards for our bakery, something that would draw many people to the products and services we are offering in addition to our consumers. We also needed to determine our company's budget and expenses. For future implication application can be designed that will cater for online booking and delivery services including event management. They also have a plan to expand the business to different cities of Pakistan. | en_US |
