| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The research study is based on the topic “Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Healthcare professional performance with the mediating role of Servant Leadership in country Pakistan Methodology and Design: To achieve research objectives, the researcher used quantitative research design and deductive research approach. Study has used survey questionnaire as research instrument in which questions are asked, from the study participants on Likert scale from range of 1 to 5. The researcher has used primary data collection method to collect data. Smart pis & SPSS tool is being used with the help of frequency analysis, regression and correlation technique. Data collected from 401 Employees in Healthcare. i Findings: The outcomes ofthe given research have shown that the impact of emotional intelligence is a strong positive influential on healthcare professionals’ performance also servant leadership has equally influenced the link between emotional intelligence and employee performance. Limitations: Limited observations (n=401), population of Pakistan, Time constraint as only one month, and majorly the people ofhealthcare have filled the questionnaire Recommendations: Same study will be conducted on other field professionals, combination of different interview from the respondents as here survey based. | en_US |
