Abstract:
Reverse Logistics processes has become a hot topic because of its significance in generating
monetary benefits and also in lessening wastages and pollution from the environment. But still
know very little about reverse logistics processes. And also about the drivers and variables
that encourages the industry to initiate reverse logistics activities. In this research three
variables are considered to check their impact on reverse logistics under organizational

performance: economic aspects, environmental aspects and market performance aspects. Data
collected through survey questionnaire and this data was used to study the effects of
these three variables. Results indicate that all the variables; environmental aspects, economic
significant and positive effect on reverse
