| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The main purpose oi this study1 is to check the effect and analyze that how price strategy, promotion strategy and other health care services are impacted on consumer satisfaction. Methodology & Design: Multiple methodologies are used in this thesis. Firstly quantitative research is used which includes questionnaire form that made collection of responses easy from the healthcare employees. After that explanatory type was used in the descriptive analysis of responses and to explain the correlation design. Findings: There are three factors that are affecting consumer satisfaction, those are being studied in this study, and findings are that two variables (promotion strategy and other health care services) strongly significant and are affecting consumer satisfaction whereas factor (price strategy) is moderate to low significant and is affecting consumer satisfaction in health care organizations. are Limitations: In Pakistan we don’t have a proper system of health care organizations and consumers are not aware of what they can get and what they want and what are their desires. It was limiting the questionnaire made for this study. Recommendations: Since consumer satisfaction is what needed no matter geographical place, culture, caste, climate or nothing else. So, it is necessary to cope up with new emerging technologies and usages to satisfy the consumers and it is necessary for health care providers to satisfy consumers at max. | en_US |
